When Elizabeth Driscoll (Brooke Adams) complains about her partner being strangely distant of late, her colleague Matthew Bennell (Donald Sutherland) assumes it’s just a question of relationship advice. As more people report loved ones behaving differently though, he starts to suspect there’s something more sinister happening. Following a series of shocking discoveries, Driscoll and Bennell are left fleeing for their lives – unsure of who they can trust, and pursued by the sound of ear-piercing alien screams…
